"The staff was outstanding, my left a shirt behind and they sent me a text telling me about the shirt. Also we had to leave two days early but had already paid for the room. They gave us a voucher for two night when we return. The voucher is good for one year. The room was perfect, there was no AC but you don’t need it. Just open the windows a feel the breeze."

"Loved this small cozy, basic room with river view, directly across from the Flower Gardens. Traveling solo, this was a perfect location, conveniently just a 2 minute walk over the bridge, and 2 minutes to the Park & Town Center. Double Bed was very comfortable, with private (very!) Hot water shower. Access to shared kitchen enabled me to make Hot Tea before bed while sitting outside on the bench listening to the musical and enchanting flow of the river. Yes! The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. I was never able to get the hot water to work so wished they had left written instructions as there isn’t always someone on site. While they left a couple bars of soap there’s no where to place it while showering. Lastly there’s a tiny trash bin in the bathroom that can only fit a few small items so a regular size one somewhere in the room would have been nice and practical so I had to request a trash...
