"Excellent staff, receptionist and restaurant- Lamar is A1. Laxmi is very courteous. Cook staff is very flexible. TV kept conking out, and AC was not on- we were asked to open the window- and we were right above where the tour buses park. Noisy. Especially when the tour bus is full of Chinese tourists- non stop loud noise. Difficult place to stay when the hotel is full of these buses. "

The facility is first class, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Every staff member was professional, helpful, and made it clear his/her desire was to provide the best possible service. "This is a very unique property and feels like you are at a summer camp/cottage. I just loved it! The restaurant was nice and the food was good including the breakfast. Location to the waterfall was close by so you could see it from behind. It is close to the national park as well. Very nice and special place to stay."
