"The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to major landmarks and attractions. The hotel is very clean and there is a laundromat nearby (2 mins walk). The bathroom can use a better ventilator, it can get fogged up when you close the door completely when taking shower."

"Had a wonderful stay at the Porto River . The staff was amazing and took very good care of us. It was in a central location right on the water front. Our view was amazing both daytime and nighttime. The room had such unique charm and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel if in Porto!"

"We loved our stay at Condes de Azevedo Palace. The staff were amazing, the building quite interesting and the apartment perfect for our needs. The location was also very good for our needs. Very central, easy walking or train to anywhere we needed to go. Also close enough to the river. Just overall a great experience. We can't wait to go back."

"Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. "This apartment was very clean, gorgeous views of the city and great location. My friend and I stayed in the penthouse suite which was more than we needed but really nice to have the extra space with a view. Check in and communication was great- when I asked for extra pillows and blankets they came quickly. The beds were pretty hard though, but still had good sleeps, it was nice and quiet. Note that the stairs to upper level within the apartment are steep and challenging with a suitcase....
