Be careful, if there is any problem you will NEVER get help or get your money back (as many others already have commented). We couldn't make it there and told them so. According to the terms of Expedia, we are entitled to a partial refund. However, we don't get our money back because it seems that "summer Cascades" doesn't confirm to Expedia that we didn't go there and that we never checked in. Don't book here, you will regret it.

Definitely recommend this place.
The place was amazing, great location superb room and lovely staff. It is a family run business and they really know how to look after you. After we checked out they still helped us out looking after bags and had a shower and toilet to use after the pool. The room we got wasn't the one we booked, it felt like an upgrade. It was huge walk in wardrobe the lot. I'll happily stay here again we had no problems at all.

We had a lovely stay. Owners were really friendly and accommodating. Situated in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to main strip. Pool was great, nice and quiet. Added bonus of continental breakfast which was convenient. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. I would return in a heartbeat but not to the room we had unfortunately. We booked a family room which is great for families but not for 2 adults. The bedroom was really small and was lots of space in areas we didn’t use. 3 Doors all opening into each other. It had a nice outside space though.

Amazing place!
I recently stayed in an incredible loft in Alvor, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The space was absolutely amazing—spacious, modern, and equipped with air-conditioning, which made the warm days super comfortable. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious free breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The property also featured a lovely pool and jacuzzi, both perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. There was plenty of space to unwind, and it never felt crowded. The highlight of our stay, though, was the owners. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. If you’re looking for a place in Alvor, I highly recommend this loft. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and fantastic service!

We stayed in the master suite which had a king size bedand two other sofa beds within the main room. Bathroom had a bath/shower combo and a seperate shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet in a adjourning room. TV with basic cable and above the ground floor so did need to carry luggage up stairs. A private terrace was available and also got a lot of sunshine through the day for sunbathing. Overall experience was great. Friendly staff who were on hand to support with uae of the kitchen and other amenities. 10-15 minutes walk from Alvor beach, and very close to a convenient supermarket. Being a tourist town there is also quite a few bars, resturants, and snack bars within 15mins walk in the center of town. Would visit again.

This place is so cute..Easy self check-in. … Lucy Bela is amazing… So caring and responds to all messages very quickly. The only problem it was that the drain in the shower was clogged up and there was no one to fix it and showering it was very difficult because we had to keep shutting the shower off to avoid a flood and the bathroom was filled with live and dead bugs .

Received access instruction via whatsapp and offer of support. Luckily the host was at the gate when we arrived so showed us to our suite. Bedroom and en-suite. With lovely fresh smelling bedding and towels. Lots of extra bedcovers but none needed. We stayed in Estrela and it has it's own private terrace with loungers and a picnic table but literally 10 seconds to the pool. Pool area clean and fresh looking. Plenty of loungers and seating. A communal kitchen is always open and the breakfast room is open 7-11. Help yourself to bread, cheeses, meat spreads, pastries and fruit and yoghurt. Tea and coffee all day. You have your own fridge in bedroom for your own supplies. 3 minutes walk to large supermarket and bars and restaurants of Alvor centre. Small, intimate property with low key hosts who are always happy to help.
