"Rooms were nothing like what was displayed on Expedia website. Room was old, tired and not great. Marked walls, no backing on curtains, safe not bolted and cold be physically lifted, closet was merely a curtain hiding a hanging rack. Misrepresentation of what we paid for - not a great customer experience at all. Don’t trust Expedia websites or poor customer service. Tried seeking a refund but got nothing. Truely woeful and will never use or trust Expedia again - don’t use them ever."
"The small hotel is well situated in the lower area of Positano. The staff were very attentive, helpful (dinner reservations), and offered a personal touch which is welcoming compared to large modern hotels. The hotel reached out to us several days before arrival to see if we needed anything (parking, arrival time, arrival method (ferry or car). They suggested that they could arrange luggage porter service from the ferry dock to the hotel. We chose to carry our own luggage, but I highly recommend...
"booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite in the heart of Positano, and the location was perfect—easy walking distance to the beach and everything in town. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they helped us arrange a private boat tour along the Amalfi Coast, which was amazing. Our driver, Christian, was excellent!
One of the best things about staying here is that Positano is much quieter in the evening after the daytime tourists leave, making it easy to enjoy the town...
