Alfonso sorted our transport to Naples and confirmed it in person when we asked, which mattered because we had a train we couldn't miss. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again."

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. There is porter service so no need to lug baggage around (but highly recommend walking the steps! Tough in the heat but you run into amazing spots and beautiful views). Central location close enough to port you can walk no problem but not super busy during the day - tons of restaurants close by. Would recommend for anyone staying here!"
"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures posted on Expedia were completely misleading and did not match the condition of the actual property.
Our room had an ant infestation, including ants crawling on us while we were sleeping. The shower also had black mold and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were unacceptable. We repeatedly complained to the hotel, but nothing was done to address the issues or move us to another room.
