"The young gentleman working at the front desk during our stay on August 27 and 28 was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. My mom loves watching Spanish TV, and when we couldn’t find the channel she wanted, he came to our room and even connected the TV to one of his own personal streaming accounts so she could watch her shows.
