Our room had a safe, fridge and en-suite. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The staff there were very polite and helpful. I would stay there when returning to Porto. "

"This is just like a hotel, couldn't fault it really. The basic rooms are a bit smaller, but it worked fine for us (a young couple). The superior rooms are really nice. Everything is lovely and clean and comfortable, bathrooms are great, aircon works well. The terrace is a real bonus and the customer service and staff at the check-in desk were excellent. It's in a great area with plenty of bar and restaurants around, nice to see a new bit of the city which has a good vibe."

"A estadia correu bem, sem sobressaltos, dentro do esperado. O inconveniente que ocorreu gerou-se a partir do exterior. O barulho do cortejo das festas Gualterianas (aqueles tambores...) não deixava ninguém dormir enquanto durou, mas foi igualmente uma agradável surpresa ter uma noção da natureza destas festas. "バターリャ広場に近くサンベント駅にも１０分程度で歩けるのでロケーションは良くコスパも良いので長期には適す。フロントは24時間対応だが英語が通じない時間帯もある。建物は古いが内部はリニューアル済で部屋は問題無くパティオも快適で使いかっても悪くない。但し部屋にポット、レンジやドライヤー等の備品は無いので持参または共用部分に出向く必要あり。にエレベーターが無いでスーツケースの持込は大変。"

When another guest was in the hallway or someone walked by on the street, it seemed that therr were no noise barriers & they were in the apartment with you. However, as soon as they were gone, it was quiet & peaceful."

I got a text message that morning with the details for the stay, not an email so I think this could be why others have had a problem, may rely on roaming.
