"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). "The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."

"I had a quick overnight stay at this property where I checked in at 8pm and out at 8.30am the following day. The room was small, which was expected, but spotlessly clean and fresh. The shower was good and the air conditioning effective. I was disturbed on a number of occasions during the night with people talking and doors closing, but that's possibly because I was located so close to reception. I'd consider staying again if the price was right, but ask to be located further away from reception."

"Hotel was maybe 5/10 enough but the staff are incompetent to the point of fraudulence. I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350. "Absolutely disgusting no ac working cracked floor boards dirt marks all over bed sheets and curtains table has mould on i have taken pictures and videos sent to expedia and the hotel directly no response at all stay away i stayed in may 30th 2026 it was 28 degrees that night they had no ac working and gave me the worst experience ever"

"The apartment is 2 mins from Finsbury Park tube and was really clean. The mattress on the bed you could feel the springs so uncomfortable. The sofa bed had a thin blanket as a cover. Would suggest perhaps having a duvet for the sofa bed. No safe in the apartment so would suggest having one. Overall a very clean apartment. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I think if they had these extras in and sorted the mattress out would have have rated 5*"
