"Loved the location, we booked a Premier Suite, so we would have a good view, and we did. Our room front door was sticking, actually had to put shoulder into it to open. The toilet had a very slow fill, at 1st I thought it was faulty. These are my only 2 criticisms. Yes the furnishings are older, but still good, room service were super efficient and i cant speak highly enough of the front desk staff, they helped with every enquiry or assisted when needed. We would stay here again for...

"快適な滞在でした。ツインタワーにも徒歩圏内でカウントダウンからの帰りも快適でした。また、エレベーターの数も多く大規模ホテルにありがちなエレベーター待ちもありませんでした。唯一の改善点はやはり老朽化です。特に巾木部分等が朽ちていたりしているのが放置してありました。機能的な問題はなくても少しの費用で更新出来て気分良く泊まれるので是非改善して欲しいです。"

"Price & Location is good. However, the cleanliness really need some improvement. There are several management agent to look after this service apartment, some are pretty good as we can see from our friends’ room in different levels. Ours one is not so good unfortunately. "

"The apartment was amazing and exactly what we needed for our stay in KL for our family. It’s easy to walk everywhere from the Manor and we felt very safe and comfortable. The roof top pool offers a good view and check-in was super easy and straightforward. "
