"The hotel is located nicely in the center of Phong Nha close to restaurants and a few shops. The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there. The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you. We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. "

"The location was secluded and felt like a real getaway which was quite different from the hotels I’ve come before.There were many swimming pools and The largest one was so perfect with breathtaking view. After swimming, I enjoyed a cup of coffee beside the swimming pool. The taste of coffee was so addicted and unforgettable. The staff were very helpful, polite and super friendly. Breakfast buffet were delicious with a range of cuisines. My wife and our children really loved them."

"It rained throughout the 3 nights we stayed at Phòng Nha. Luckily for us this guest house/hotel had a restaurant so we didn’t have to walk outside to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a simple but very good value place, with nice rooms, a swimming pool and a fantastic view. I would go back there if I returned to Phòng Nha"

"Un bel hôtel pratique avec seulement 12 chambres. La piscine est très bien et grande, mais nous n’étions pas dans la saison chaude pour en profiter. Les chambres sont propres, mais la propreté des tables et des chaises dans les espaces communs laisse à désirer et sont rarement lavés. L’odeur d’égoûts nauséabonde dans la salle de bain est présente surtout en soirée, mais si on laisse la porte fermée en tout temps c’est mieux. Bon petit déjeuner Nous n’avons pas aimé l’odeur du feu en permanence,...

"Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."

"Fantastic place to stay with amazing views, staff and service. Also enjoyed the free bikes and being able to rent a motorbike and go on the cave tours. The staff made everything easy and were very kind!"
