"The bed was very comfortable. The room was very nice and spacious.Unfortunately, they did not tell me they were charging my card A hold fee. Which is very frustrating since i did not have the extra money.and now my account is overdrawn. Since the money was for car insurance. Also I could not get in my room At check in. because the keys would not work in the door. I had to go back downstairs two times for her to change my keys. While my boyfriend was sitting at the door with all of our things....

"The room I reserved was smaller than I thought for my sister & me. The front desk person was very helpful & upgraded us to an executive suite. "

"The property was a good price for Seattle. We were able to find street parking during our three night stay. The common area was nice, although we never used it. The biggest bummer was not being able to use the television during our entire stay. The remote was broken and didn’t work when we put new batteries in. We let them know on the first day and the response was “I’ll let the housekeeper know.” We wouldn’t stay there again although it’s not a bad option."

"Overall our stay was good, the property served it purpose. My only complaint was that the power to our room was cut off when we woke up, which was weird since the rest of the house had power! Which made getting ready in the morning slightly inconvenient, but we were leaving anyway, so I didn’t reach out."

"The building is beautiful and the location is key. Was actually booked last minute when I heard my mom was transferred to a nearby hospital. As close as this is to Pikes, I was there for the vicinity to the hospitals. In walking distance to everything. "
