"The building was very secure, requiring keypad entry at the door as well as elevator and a different code for the room. The studio was very clean, and the building itself was quiet. We were facing the expressway, and we could hear a low hum of traffic that did not bother us at all. There was a sound machine as well as earplugs for those who are light sleepers.
