"We checked into the hotel and headed to our room, only to hear loud barking from the neighboring room. The constant noise made it difficult to relax, so we called the front desk to report the issue. The staff was very understanding and acted quickly, offering us a different room in a quieter area of the hotel. Within minutes, we packed up our belongings and relocated to the new room. "Staff and service friendly and efficient. It was disappointing that, between November and March, the breakfast service has gone way downhill. No more china cups or plates, no more reusable cutlery. Food was cold. Kitchen staff is unfriendly. My room on the third floor was noisy. Television channels are limited to sports and news with one PBS. Bath and bed are clean and comfortable. Lots of good food by delivery nearby. "

"The room was more than what we expected it to be. It was clean and SO roomy. So much space. It was more than what we wanted it was perfect! The hotel staff especially the front desk were amazing!! The complimentary breakfast was great. So many options to choose from. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely book this hotel again! "
