"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."

"The 2 nights stay at Stadt Hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly & kind. Check in was fast, and the apple strudel welcome dessert was excellent. Piazza Walther was just 2 minutes walk & surrounding were filled with good restaurants. My first impression with Bolzano was great. "

Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. "One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions.
