"Everything was perfect, except that I haven’t got my security deposit back and when I called the lady was very rude. I was yelled at and said that it’s only been 2 business days. The hotel says it’s my bank, but the amount is not pending anymore, it has been released to the hotel and I can’t do anything about it. I can get my bank to take a look deeper but I will be out of money until I get that deposit back… ( I know it’s not much, but for me everything until payday) 🤔 I am confused "

"This hotel was in a safe area. Staff were friendly and helpful. They serve a good breakfast. The walls were pretty thin as I could hear lots of noise. There were a shortage of outlets near the desk and bed. The one outlet by the sink did not work."

"I like the location. Its within a short drive to stores. Alos a dennys next door. Another diner was across the way. Very quiet location. The property was clean. Our room was clean. There does need to be some updates to the room we had. The lounge chair was tattered and worn. Ripped underneath the chair fabric was exposed. "Property is most convenient to sports I have ever stayed at. Great spot for Angels game or Ducks. Hotel is managed extremely well. Staff was superb and kind. Hotel is older and very small rooms. There were some stains on carpet and chair. Felt as if the room was clean but I also visually thought maybe not. Was quiet and convenient. Parking was tight, cost money, and was very unusual. Would stay here again but will bring different expectations."
