"Wir waren für einen 3-tägigen Städtetrip in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein defekter Föhn wurde vom Personal umgehend ausgetauscht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Tram-Haltestelle „Wacken“ befindet sich direkt am Hotel und führt in nur 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. "Convenient location off the highway with free parking (gate closed at night). Included breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Room heating can be increased or stopped. There's a large green space outside the cafeteria that the children liked. The only issue we had was an occasional unpleasant smell in the hallway and bathroom which seemed worse on the second day. We will consider staying here again in the future."

"Das Zimmer war zwar klein, vor allem das Bad, aber trotzdem komfortabel und sauber. Was wirklich nachteilig war, der Rummelplatz in der Nähe, den man polternd zu hören bekam. Das hatte allerdings um ca. 22 Uhr ein Ende."

"Déçue de l'hôtel !! J'avais vu de très bons avis ce qui m'a poussé à reserver là mais grosse déception. Le seul point positif était la propreté de la salle de bains sinon énormement de poussière sur les tables de nuit. Avoir un coussin qui n'est pas un coussin car vous êtes directement la tête sur le lit horrible pour dormir (nous n'avons pas dormi) Nuit horrible également avec des rideaux aucunement couvrant ! "Sehr gute Unterkunft, zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sehr schön und Pool mit Dampfbad und Sauna wären perfekt. Frühstück war für den reduzierten Preis in Ordnung, für den regulären Preis wäre mehr zu erwarten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden."

"My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay at the Hotel Dontenville. The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and informative. We had one evening meal and two breakfasts'. We really liked the breakfast. The fresh baguette was awesome and the croissants melted in your mouth. If we return to the Alcase region, we will defiantly stay her again."
