"Situated right in the middle of the lovely and picturesque town of Rye The George is a beautifully restored Georgian inn with rooms. The bedrooms are spread about a number of buildings behind the main building and mine was beautiful. A good sized bedroom and a large bathroom with both a large walk in shower and a freestanding rolltop bath. "Hotel was located within a five minute walk of the town centre. Staff were really friendly and room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed, powerful shower. Breakfast choices were excellent also. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in rye."
