However, some of the challenges with the hotel were: 1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location. 2) very limited options for dinner, if wanting something different than the hotel's own restaurant's menu 3) despite proximity to a business district and a university, the hotel is NOT...

"Very good hotel, good cleanliness, polite staff. We stayed in the "Ocean view room" and loved it. Excellent ambience with the constant sight of the beach from our room Even the decor in the Reception and above the stairs was beautiful. We received a complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate hubby's birthday and our anniversary, which was very thoughtful and a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel. "Location was outstanding, nice modern clean studio with kitchenette, lovely view from the balcony toward the mountains. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we were able to book an onsite carpark for an extra cost. Great stay, we would come back again. Thanks team! "
