"A very unique experience. Host Fred very welcoming, Room very comfortable and quiet. Property full of character, and warm ,as nights were getting chilly in October. We had a great evening meal ,with other guests around the kitchen table. . Fred had an amazing range of French wines for a B& B. It was just like dining with friends, that you hadn't caught up with for some time. We can thoroughly recommend the experience"

"It was basic but clean, check in was a little difficult as it did recognised booking reference and one key card did not work. "

"The hotel was in a good location as expected but there were few things that could have been better. The choice of breakfast was limited especially for the kids. There was only one choice of cereal and croissants. From the hot breakfast it was only scrambled eggs, disappointing especially that I love hot breakfast. "Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-("
