"I have stayed here a few times. Everyone at the hotel is very nice and pleasant in their communication. However, they still need to work on a few things to truly become a top-notch hotel. No VIP upgrades offered, the gym had no hand sanitizer available, the restaurant for breakfast is extremely expensive and you’re better to walk down the street to one of the other breakfast cafés, the bar was closed one night for a private event. "This is my second stay at the Lambert location and I dare say I’ll be making it a tradition. It’s just a lovely spot. Great location close to an SAQ and plenty of restaurants. This time I stopped at the nearby grocery before I checked in so that I could rest the first day or two. It was the best decision. My room had a deep bathtub and I took advantage 4x in my week’s stay. In warm weather this location would be hard to beat. "

"Great location and would absolutely stay again. A couple of tiny quirks during our stay, and as noted, it was 3 flights up but it was well worth it for the location and the price. Also, the service we did engage with (valet, front desk) were all super nice and likely would have helped even more so, if we asked. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
