"We chose this hotel since there were multiple bedrooms in one suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little outdated, but it was clean and offered a pool/hot tub & laundry facilities. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for one night. The unit was large and offered plenty of space. Parking was convenient and dining options were within walking distance. The staff was very helpful; there was a slight mixup with the room, but they were able to come up with a solution we were happy with. Thank you."

"Nous avons adoré débuter notre séjour au Costa Rica à cet emplacement! Logement très propre et disposant d’un bel espace commun sur la terrasse. Hôte disponible et qui répond rapidement. Rassurant d’avoir une personne fiable pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. A la fin de notre séjour, il nous a aussi reconduit au point de pick-up pour le shuttle et a attendu avec nous pour être certain que tout était correct vu le retard de l’autobus. Edward a été notre chauffeur et guide pour une superbe...

"I like this place because it was so close to the airport and not real expensive. We only stayed one night so we could catch our plane early in the morning. At first I wasn’t sure how safe the area was when we first pulled up but once we stayed for a little while and watched the people walking around the streets we realized it was very safe. Perfect for what we needed "

"Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours. "

"Hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and professional...room was well-equipped, well-prepared, and fairly quiet...hot water in the shower was super..breakfast was good, but the packets of butter should have been refrigerated or iced, as the ones I used were rancid and odorous...my only strong criticism was the state of the carpet in the room -- it was filthy and it blackened the bottoms of our feet...dirty footprints were visible on the tile in the hallway and bathroom...I suggest a deep steam...

"Beautiful tiny house and lovely property with outdoor kitchen, hot tub. Gated home, they provided code to enter driveway + code to access key to get inside property. Nice decorative touches inside for a cozy experience. Location is lovely but is quite remote, at the top of a hill in the mountains. Was able to find on Google Maps. Be mindful of driving the roads to Villzaul- single winding road must be shared by incoming and outgoing traffic."

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"This was extremely convenient coming in on a midnight flight. Self check in. Easy to find. Excellent, clean, well put together apartment. Exactly what we needed to get some quick rest before heading to the coasr the next day. Highly recommend!"
