Beautiful hotel with wonderful service
"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow ..."

"Wir waren als Familie über Weihnachten dort. Die Zimmer und das komplette Hotel sind sehr Chic und sauber. Man kann dieses wunderbare Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder."

"Un hôtel sans histoire, quelque peu vieillot dans les chambres mais celle où nous étions offrait des espaces séparés. Emplacement optimal car vous permet de vous rendre aisément à pied dans le centre de Karlovy Vary"
