"The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety. "If you’re looking for a bougie hotel without breaking the bank this place is for you. Mordern boutique hotel located in Gueliz (the new town) with great amenities, great Moroccan breakfast included and is very well located. The rooftop pool and lounge had a vibe to it and we spent most our days there. Book without hesitation. We wished we could have spent a few more days there."

"Overall it was ok. Unfortunately the service lacked at times and several phonecalls had to be made in order to get any kind of service in the room.
1. EG I pre-ordered in advance some ice, glasses and mixers in advance to my room (I had an exec room). I requested that it be delivered at 6.30. At 7pm I was still chasing which wasnt great as I had invited some people over from my group for pre dinner drinks before dinner we left for dinner at 8. It eventually came at 7.15.

"As someone fortunate enough to have traveled for most of my life, I can easily say this is one of the finest places I have ever stayed. The moment you step through the door of this beautifully restored 17th-century Riad, the noise of the city completely fades away into an atmosphere of timeless opulence, history, and style. Our room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and rich with original architectural details. The staff were exceptional—especially the owner, who personally gave us a private tour...
