"The room was ready before it’s time the receptionist was super helpful and very informative I would highly recommend to stay in the hotel because the location is right in the center of York! Like the say Yorkshire is gods own country! I would definitely stay there again!"

"We had the Accessibility Rooms and it was a sad sight to see. The ADA rooms were in the basement and given the bathroom restraints there was a wet/mildew smell throughout not just our rooms but the whole level since there is not a lot ventilation.
