"It has what you want, decent pool, breakfast buffet, parking. Pool hours not great, food not great, parking was ok. The real downside to this place is noise, it's SO noisy, I could hear ppl in the bathroom. I don't mean pipes or water. I could hear farting and such through the wall. The doors, exterior stairs, cleaning carts. It was so noisy, 24 hours a day. Brutal I just can't recommend this place"

"The room was infested with pests: cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. We saw 3 during our first night at the bathtub, toilet (flying erratically) and at the main room vanity table. My son had bites when he woke up during our first night, and our food always have ants crawling if we miss putting it in the ref. The staff aren't so helpful with our needs such as room service, toiletries re-fill (we asked for a roll of toilet paper twice but were not given) even though the property is not fully booked,...

"We had a lovely balcony room for 3 nights with a great view. The pool was lovely and well maintained. We used Cabify for a taxis to and from the hotel who were very reasonably priced. We would have liked to have gone around the ruins but are currently closed. Two slight disappointments were that when I emailed the hotel to ask if they had parking (in case we got a hire car), they told me they didn't and we'd have to park in the public car park 100m away.
