"Location is good. We had a very poor stay. The room was very outdated, bed was extremely uncomfortable, difficult to sleep, and the staff woman at the desk was rude."

"Our second stay at the hotel, in the room right next door to where we were last time. Only slight changes gave hotel a bit different feel. Staff seemed a bit more cohesive and attentive last visit and breakfast seemed more generous last time. And though we are successfully dieting and without our dog, the room seemed a bit smaller. Still a nice place that beats the most prices in St. Moritz."
