Overall an excellent stay. From the moment we checked in staff were attentive and helpful when asking for advice and help finding out way around the city. Rooms were good side with all the essential amenities such as iron,kettle and usb plugs. A suggestion would be to provide gowns/slippers for guests. Breakfast was adequate. A large pot of coffee was always on the table each morning and options were satisfactory. It would have been nice to see a change of options each day throughout the week with different cereals/fruit and hot options however We also appreciated the welcome area with complimentary water/fruit and candy that was there each afternoon to evening. Locations is fantastic for getting public transport with bus and train links close by and walking distance to most of the hotspots in the old town. Overall recommend this hotel if you are looking for world class/modern hotel in the heart of Stockholm.

The front desk was really helpful and offered to store our luggage while we toured the city prior to check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Rarely is a room nicer than the pictures online. The view of the water was amazing. We were steps from the central train station making our trip to the airport seamless. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Bartender was rude and they had a code for the bathroom for guests and the luggage guy hid behind coworkers instead of getting bags and we could’ve missed our tour.
