"Overall the hotel was good. I didn’t like the room service meals being delivered without a cover. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said it was because she had used a warming oven. This doesn’t allow for the guest to delay eating the meal because it will get cold. Also the bathroom items were very minimal- not even a toothbrush! Although I gave a good rating I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Always enjoy staying here. It’s quiet and rooms are clean. We were put in a room up the very top. 2 flights of stairs to climb. Otherwise great view of Penny Royal complex from there. There was a band playing at one of the restaurants. Room was pleasantly sound proof. "

"Hotel Staff were amazing. I had a couple of facility issues that arose during my stay. The hotel staff attended to the issues promptly and kept me updated while I was out to let me know when the issues had been fixed. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience caused and I arrived back to my room later that night to a lovely note from the manager and a bottle of bubbles. I can highly recommend the Mantra on Charles in Launceston, Tasmania. Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. There...
