"Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. Choice of food is very limited and not really suitable for vegetarians. The tray, plates and cutlery were not collected after we finished...

"Leider wenige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Die Hoteleigenen waren Aufpreispflichtig. Frühstück war der Knaller!!! Schöne Anlage. Freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Leider sind die Türen aller Zimmer immer sehr laut zugefallen. In unserem Zimmer ging nur die komplette Beleuchtung ( schon sehr hell) an obwohl früher wohl mal alles einzeln schaltbar war. "

"Et rigtig godt hotel med styr på tingene. God morgenmad, god service uanset hvad. Fin spa og fitness, og gode spisesteder tæt på hotellet. Hvis man vil undgå super-turisme områder, så var det er godt sted at bo. Tæt på bymidten - så meget tilfredse!"

"A return trip to a beautiful hotel, food is amazing and location for me to enjoy the peace and lovely scenic walks is great! I enjoyed the varied sports programme with excellent Pilates and yoga sessions daily ! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming making it a very enjoyable week in the sun for me "

"Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. Any longer and I would have had to change rooms. Room had a mini fridge so no coffee or milk available but had a kettle. Location is ideal and at the start of Veronica strip which is great as it’s very convenient for beach, restaurants and nightlife. Very busy hotel but very organised at reception and...
