"We would like to thank you for the wonderful time we had at this hotel. We felt very comfortable from start to finish. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom was very nice. The hosts were excellent. The pictures of the hotel are accurate to the reality. We can highly recommend this hotel and will keep it as a beautiful memory and home in our hearts. "Nous sommes venus à SANTA CRUZ pour le carnaval. Nous avons choisi cet établissement bien situé en ville mais selon les commentaires précédents nous avions réservé la chambre violette côté cour pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue ! On nous a attribué la chambre rouge...sans volet et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement alors très difficile de dormir avec les festivités du carnaval même en se couchant à 2h du mat et à 6h les poubelles passent les conteneurs sont juste en face de la chambre...

"Please bring back the original all Cuban entertainment team. The current team did not hit the mark compared. The weekly towel change is very poor as towels get wet and dirty every day. The move from daily to weekly is not helpful. Love the gym and SPA. As an owner we are always treated very well and have our requests met. Jon on reception (the original crew) is always helpful and welcoming. Thank you"

"Santa Barbara er en fin sted for familier. Et rent hotell, hyggelige personal, rolig område. Hotellets svømmebasseng er helt fantastisk. Damen som jobber i svømmebassenget, Natalia, var den hyggeligste av alle som jobber på hotellet. Hotellet må forbedre restaurantens atmosfære. Det var ikke så trivelig å spise der med så høy lyd og mye bråk. Vi savner lys på bordet, dempet lys, og lavere lyd. Bedre med roligere musikk enn høy musikk til nyttårs middag.
