"The hotel is located in the city center of Santa Cruz.There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. "Let’s get the negative out in the open first! Yes you can hear all the street noise and music playing. I stayed here during Carnival, and it was loud! It also continued til 6am. That said, the hotel did email me in advance about the noise, so it was my choice to stay. I’m glad I did, Santa Cruz knows how to party! The hotel even provided glitter beads so I could join in the experience. Yes, the hotel could do with some secondary glazing but that’s the only negative I have. It is a lovely hotel....

"The area is peaceful, surrounded by many other beautiful buildings and very well connected. Rooms have good noise insulation and in general in good condition, even though a bit outdated. The staff made sure the rooms were always clean and tidy. There is a pool in the hotel but we never used it because we prefere the sea. There is also a great park nearby with beautiful authentic trees and plants which is great for a morning walk and coffee. Totally recommend it if you want to spend some relaxing...

"Veldig bra beliggende hotell. Stille. Likte at hotellet ikke er så stort, så frokosten var lite stress. God frokost. Hvis jeg skal bemerke noe negativt, så har badet glassvindu vendt mot sengen, som gjør at man våkner når partner må skru på lyset for toilettbesøk om natten. Hotellet kan med fordel spikre vinduet med en dekkende plate."

"Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room)."
