"Only knock is the access. Very confusing checking in or even figuring out where to go. Also, sink didn’t drain and all the interior doors slammed behind you. Great location though. "

"Perfect central location for shops and the AO Arena the building was well laid out with choice of restaurants within the building. My only complaint would be lack of communication regarding parking facilities which is a discount with Q-carparks. 25% off but did not respond to my request for the code or details until after my visit."

"In a great location. Spacious rooms but in need of decoration. Facilities in appartment were excellent with ecerything you could need including a dishwasher. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking great but did cost £20 per night. Lift was out of order, stairs were not a problem for us but could well be for others."

"We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. "

"I Didn't have any problems for my stay, the place is opposite to an esso which opens till late. There food options up the street. The facilities is not great so don't expect that. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone. "

"Would definitely stay here again, hotel shuttle picked us up from the station and dropped us off next morning at the terminal. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar and food was great, our only criticism would be that food and drinks are expensive. "
