"Resort was good, but a little bit of a walk to go to restaurants outside. We booked some tours through the hotel, but then canceled them after finding the same tours much cheaper online."

"Had a great time. 4 nights 5 days. The cart ride can be a bit bothersome but the staff responds quickly and usually they are at the door within minutes from the call. Very nice pool on each villa. Kids loved it and couldnt stay out of the pool for the majority of the stay. We also utilized the main pool and had some fun shooting at hoops inside the pool. The kiddy pool is also useful if you have infants. The spa was great. It also went well with the babysitting service at the kid zone. 2 hours...

"Veldig fine rom, nydelig frokost og hyggelig betjening. Veldig god biff på the grill, helt grei mat på poolside og la plage. Fantastisk fint basseng ut mot stranden. Kun en ting trekker ned for meg: Hadde en «stay longer» pakke som skulle gi visse fordeler som eksempelvis gratis drikke i 2 timer hver dag. Jeg spurte derfor i resepsjonen hvor dette var gyldig og fikk til svar the grill og la plage. Vi spiste på the grill og fikk da beskjed om at the kun gjaldt på poolside og la plage. Dagen...

"It is a Valued trip at a Peaceful and High class resort. Get a Lagoon view room and you can watch sunrise/sunset from your bed/bath tub, you can also have sun bath at your own room's balcony. Villa has an outdoor shower. Has 2 play rooms for kids. Has table tennis, Foosball, gym indoor. tennis, volleyball outdoor. Should go during summer."

"I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. I have found, but stayed here for 10 days on a retreat and the staff, food and facilities were first class. The front desk and all the staff were smiling, pleasant and incredibly helpful. This resort is a refuge surrounded by beautiful forest, exquisite, landscaping, and the river. "Mình ở 2 đêm thôi, nhưng được care siêu tốt bởi bạn bên này. Căn hộ nằm trong khu Ocean Villas, yên tĩnh, có 2 hồ bơi chung và bãi biển riêng. Đi bộ tầm 3 phút là tới rồi. Cơ sở vật chất ổn lắm, đầy đủ đồ dùng như ở nhà luôn. Lần sau có dịp quay lại Đà Nẵng nhất định mình sẽ ở lại đây."

"Ultimately positive. In its present state, probably a 3.5/5 rather than a 4/5, but the only way is forward for KOI Resort The staff are friendly, polite and try their best to be helpful. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony. The breakfast selection and setting are excellent, and the two pools are great KOI Resort is still clearly in its early stage. At the time of stay (May 6-10, 2024), the gym wasn't yet fully open (just a few cardio machines) and the spa hadn't yet opened either....
