"The room was filthy. We saw ants, a lizard and a bird feather. The furniture was all run-down. The kitchen table legs were at a slant. Both the double bed and the couch were horrible. It felt like sleeping directly on a spring box. The bedding was worn and gross. It was also noisy at night from partying neighbors on a balcony under our window. Neither of us slept at all. The little shampoo and shower gel tubes in the bathroom were two-thirds empty. Also, prior to our arrival we were never given...
