"Christine ( I think that was her name; long dark hair) was very welcoming and professional. She was kind enough to give us a voucher for breakfast. :). The young valet lady was super nice and very helpful also. Offered to get us ice and turned on the lights and brought all our things in. "

"I especially appreciate Ms. Bell, Ms. Magestic, and Ms. Lavonda for their hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. I was traveling from out of state in a Uhaul and my large snake plant fell over causing soil to spill in the truck. Ms. Lavonda and maintenance were very accommodating and the maintenance manager swept out the truck for me. "Location The outside of the facility was well maintains and well lit! The staff (Renata Sykes) was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating!!! I had a large party arriving in incremental hours and days. She was very proactive and flexible with the requests I made to accommodate the numbers of family and friends! Reason for Visit:Funeral of mother was excellent! Close to restaurants, grocery and shops."

"The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and at least had some type of Personality compared to some hotels I've been in. The hotel, however is one of the earlier models and is in serious need of an upgrade and renovation. The air conditioning thermostat in my room was broken, but to their credit I called downstairs and they sent me a maintenance person and we were able to something up so that I could still adjust the temperature in my room."
