"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor. "Acomodações simpáticas, com móveis novos e manutenção muito boa. O local tem uma vista muito bonita da cidade, do mar e das montanhas. Apesar da redondezas não serem muito convidativas, não tivemos problemas, mas se não estiver de carro, você terá dificuldades para chegar, fica um pouco longe do centro. Os quartos são um pouco apertados e com o teto baixo, requer atenção para quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção, pois tem escada para acessar os quartos. No geral gostamos do local."

"A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? NEVER go back to that place and I don’t understand how Expedia doesn’t check the quality of those places or un least you can demand some levels or standards too meet to get the right...

"Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper."

"We loved everything about this great lodge. The front desk people were lovely and super helpful especially Denise & the young lady who checked us in ! The packed lunches were great and the dinner service with Dayana was tremendous.Her effort with English was so lovely !"
