"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. "L'hébergement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud du parc. Le coin est paisible et la vue sur Torres del paine est splendide lorsque ce n'est pas nuageux. Le Check-in est a 15h et pas avant (non négociable). La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour. "Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. "Acomodações simpáticas, com móveis novos e manutenção muito boa. O local tem uma vista muito bonita da cidade, do mar e das montanhas. Apesar da redondezas não serem muito convidativas, não tivemos problemas, mas se não estiver de carro, você terá dificuldades para chegar, fica um pouco longe do centro. Os quartos são um pouco apertados e com o teto baixo, requer atenção para quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção, pois tem escada para acessar os quartos. No geral gostamos do local."

"A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? "Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper."

"Lago Grey is one of a kind. The views of the lake and the mountains from the rooms are astonishing. The main lounge is very nice and the food is good. The rooms are somewhat small though the bathrooms are very good. Overall a pleasant stay, highly recommendable. The staff is amazing - really amazing! "
