"No where on your web page does it say you have no elevator. That was a real problem for us as several of us have problems with stairs. However one of your staff was very helpful in carrying up luggage and he even got me a walker!"

"VERY spacious superior room. Couch, dining table, fridge, all very convenient. The only downside is the shower with the half glass wall. Water goes everywhere. Also there isn’t anyplace to put your toiletries in the shower. Just a waterproof stool in the corner to place down bottles and razors would be helpful. Staff was very friendly and nice. "Hot water was lacking, so if you like cold morning showers you'll be right at home. $57/day for valet is nonsense. $25 dollars to rent a movie I should be able to access from my netflix account is absurd. Charges to my bill b/c a sensor in the room was triggered when a beverage or snack from the minibar was moved is a great way to generate revenue without an expense. Thankfully I looked at my bill and remove ~$100 in charges. There were smells like a gas station bathroom in different areas...

"We had some problems with the heating/cooling in our room and someone had to come a few times to try and fix it..other than that the hotel was good.. the dinner menu in the restaurant didn’t have many options .. but the food and drinks were good. Always a cab waiting out front so transportation was never an issue.. even at 4:00 am when we had to leave for the airport. Overall a good place to stay. Easy walking to many places.. Bourbon street, French Quarter etc."

"Hotel Mazarin is a NOLA gem inside of the French Quarter. It was resonably priced, even for the Jazz Fest 2nd weekend. The location is perfect for walking to everywhere; one street off of Bourbon and only a few blocks from Jackson Square or Canal Street. There are so many shopping venues, bars and restauarants all within walking distance.
