"Das Hotel ist sehr schön in einem alten Kloster gelegen, das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Gut gefallen haben uns auch die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten und die Nähe zu Siena. Man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Weniger glücklich waren wir mit dem Zimmer selbst. Es war als Doppelzimmer ausgewiesen, entsprach von der Größe des Raums und des Betts her eher einem Einzelzimmer. "The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. There was coffee you could make, orange juice and two bread rolls with jam available."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable in a charming historic building. The manager stayed a bit late for us so could be there for our check in. The area is wonderful with many quality restaurants nearby and super close to the center. One thing to note: This is not a B&B. There is no breakfast offered. While it is true that breakfast was not mentioned in our reservation, there are pictures of breakfast in the listing and, by definition, B&B is bed and breakfast, so we...

"My only issue with this property is that all night it creaked and made loud noises. Assuming because it’s an old building but sleeping wasn’t easy. "

"This is an older building with newer bathrooms. It is located within 19 minutes walking from the central train station. The units are spacious, with high ceiling, and have own bathrooms. Bathrooms are large and comfortable. Rooms are very well maintained by manager. The host is excellent in taking care of the rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress. I recommend this if you want to be close to the central part of Florence."
