"Love this hotel! We stayed 5 nights total, 2 different rooms. Recycling bins and eco friendly products. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a granola bar with all sorts of seeds/grains/fruit - nice to have a healthy option when eating pizza and pasta daily! Very close to train and all the sites. I highly recommend. "

"I read the room description before I booked but seeing in person left me a bit disappointed. Room was smaller than I had pictured. Luckily the ceiling was higher so not as claustrophobic as it could've been. Lack of natural night was noticeable. There is a small window opening into a "courtyard" but not enough for my liking. Had trouble using key card to unlock doors even though I heard the buzzer. Lack of coffee maker in room was not good. Room had small fridge which was helpful. ...

"We stayed here while in Florence and it is convenient and centrally located. Check in was super easy and the staff (Rita) were all great. "A great little place to stay when you visit Florence. Due to size of room and bathroom, its Great if you are a student or middle age single visitor. Being more senior& couple, it was very tight. Though a great stay! Especially the staff making you a cappuccino in the morning... Very nice! The statement in listing saying breakfast available for a fee, is not very accurate. When I asked I was told, well you are not Italian,so you wouldn't want an Italian breadast, right!? Still a nice offer but...
