"The experience of being in the jungle is amazing, and the hotel delivers that experience very well. No complains there. "The hotel is perfect, in the middle of the national park and just a few steps from the entrance to Tikal, it is easy to walk to the archaeological site from there. The negative point was the shuttle hired to pick you up from the airport to the hotel. The driver kept using his phone while driving, then he hurried to make up for lost time and ran over and killed a dog. Terrible."

"Fantastic expression of the Mayan culture and so many interesting amenities. Excellent staff and very helpful. Food was great and the garden and view was sensational. Loved the magazines about Mayan culture and Tikal in the dining area. They were wonderful about helping to arrange my travel as well. Thank you! "

"Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :("
