"Room was advertised as non smoking however it smelled like an ashtray. I prepaid for the room for two days and was told if I chose not to stay a refund would be considered 10-15 business days. I was also told all of the non smoking rooms smelled the same.
As soon as I left I had to wash all of my hanging clothes and clean everything that had been in the room.
Such a negative experience. I will not be staying there again nor will I refer anyone to this property. Shame on you !!!"

"We had a very good stay at the Quality Inn. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and having access to a clean, convenient laundry area was a big plus during our trip. The staff deserves special mention—they were all courteous, professional, and eager to help.
