"First time cruising in HLB and will not be a last time. We are very impressed with how Grand Pioneers organized the whole trip of 2 days and 1 night at their property. Everything was so perfect and we were regret that we should booked at least 2 nights. The staffs and whole crews were so professional, kind and super nice. We will come back soon. "

Vi är otroligt nöjda med valet då båten var fräsch och fin, superfint rum med bekväm säng, otroligt trevlig personal, bra uppstyrt vid aktiviteter och härlig stämning. "Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy."

Treated like Kings and Queens

"They got you feeling like a King and/or Queen here. I aint giving them a 5/5 for no reason on each checklist. The assistance and care given is immaculate. There's someone to open the front door, complimentary drinks refreshments are provided while you wait, and a small moist towel was offered to clean yourself up. Upon my arrival and final day, the helpers came out to assist with me and my friend’s luggage out/in the taxi. They were also sincere and accommodative when it came through questions asked in person or over the phone, providing the best solution they could offer. Breakfast too is located at the ground floor and the food options were amazing, ranging from American and Vietnamese options. Lastly their massage and spa services are spectacular in quality. All in all the staff, room, and services provided are phenomenal. They work hard and deserve the praise! Thanks again!"
