"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. "Stayed for a single night while returning from the French Alps to the UK. On arrival we had to telephone to facilitate access, but once in we were very pleasantly surprised by the property. It is unattended and so we were given the keys and came and went as we pleased. It has a very arty feel to the building and it is furnished with many interesting objects which made for many conversations. It is well situated for Provins Medieval Town and also the lower town with several restaurants...

"I’m sorry they are nice people but the place is a mess. Dirty and unsafe. People in the restaurant have access to the rooms. No lock in the door. No heating at all. Terrible "

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"
