"This was a fantastic hotel. Reception staff was very helpful and the room was extremely nice. We ended up having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room which were huge bonuses. My family of four stayed and we were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and after we left my kids wouldn’t stop talking about how much they missed that room. I’d very highly recommend staying here. "

"So central to Akihabara and Ueno markets. Easy spot to explore east side of city. Staff very friendly when we checked out we were not ready to leave so we were able to leave our bags, it was raining and they let us use their hotel umbrellas even though we had checked out. So kind. We certainly be back here. We are a family, so much space and convenience. "

"駅から近くて利便性がとても良かったです。チェックイン前に荷物が重かったので、預かってもらうことが出来て、身軽で出掛けることが出来て嬉しかったです。スタッフの皆さんとても明るく迎えて頂きました。アパートの1室なので、ホテルと違って靴を脱いで部屋でくつろぐ事が出来て、子供達も過ごしやすかったです。キッチンや洗濯機もあり、近くに西友もあって次は連泊したいなと思いました。荷物が重たかったので送りたかったのですが、荷物発送出来るサービスがなかった事が残念でした。でも西友でダンボールを調達して駅前の郵便局で発送しました。とても過ごしやすかったです。ありがとうございました。"

"This was a perfect base for our family's stay in Tokyo. The hotel is located in a super quiet area but only a short 5min walk from all of the restaurants and shops of Ueno. Transport links are fantastic - several metro stations are only a short walk from the hotel and getting back to Narita airport at the end of our stay was so easy - we had a 5min walk to the Ueno Keisei station (with no stairs to negotiate!) where we took the skyliner direct to the airport. Our room was very well kept, clean...

A great place to call home while traveling around the area. Everything was a 10 out of 10 and the staff was even better. They were very welcoming and helpful. Looking for a few good choices, they had wonderful recommendations and researched a few more to help give us options. We loved that there was access to the local train outside the front...

"Located within walking distance to Akihabara Station and Akihabara Electric Town but in a more quiet neighbourhood. Asakusabashi Station was also six minutes away by foot. A large supermarket located nearby to buy groceries to cook our own food. Highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone with families. Housekeeping was on the 7th day of our 9days stay. Also bring a portable weighing scale to weigh your luggage. There is a weighing scale to take your weight in the bathroom...

"Cute rooms, helpful front staff, but the bathroom had a pungent smell of sewage. Centrally located but the surrounding neighborhood was not as charming as other parts of Tokyo."
