"The motel had its own parking and it was free. Free breakfast, too! Close by the shopping center and theater. Eating restaurants near by! Bathroom was kind of gross with mold starting to form in the ceiling from not having vent system for all the shower moisture. "

"My advice would be to request a room not near the main street. Everyone has a loud motor they need to sound like street racers from 1am - 3am (guessing closing of bars). The noise was terrible. "

There was an only one thing, a noise that may have been an ac unit that was making a lot of noise coming from somewhere else in the building. And mad a rumbling sound in our room. "We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. "Tim was a great host. We really enjoyed our time at the B & B. He cares about his guests and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would not hesitate to stay there again if driving through the area. "

"This was a nice hotel, comfortable beds and clean. The only issue was they were hosting several youth sports teams that same weekend. There were LOTS of kids running around making noise. The parents congregated in the lobby and sitting areas taking up every single space. There was nowhere for us to hang out in the evenings as they totally took over every shareable space. "

"These are billed as cabins but only the setting is rustic. Up to date spacious rooms that are airy and light. Clearly designed for outdoor living, eating and relaxing spaces are outside but the bathroom and main room are large and comfortable. Secure as well. The cabins are a bit remote but the directions from the staff are clear, and although we never met in person they were very responsive. The only disturbance, was the train traffic about a mile away but only a problem for light sleepers. "
