The hotel is beautiful and located in the perfect spot. Only downside was waiting 30 mins to get in my room because they were still cleaning which they accommodated with a free drink card

The Salamander is the perfect hotel for the Cherry Blossom festival. You can walk to the Tidal Basin from the property. The staff is also very friendly.

10 min walk to the wharf and lots of bars and restaurants. Very clean gym and pool. All around nice place just super pricey for food and drinks at the hotel itself. $12 for a beer is a bit much even at a hotel.

This property is gorgeous! It is also situated between the National Mall and the Tidal Basin and all the cherry blossoms! Easy access to the Wharf also. Everyone was very helpful and cheerful and made our 3 night stay very pleasant!
