"My favorite place to stay in DC. The staff are always amazing. So friendly, professional and attentive. I did experience a few negatives this time. No room upgrade was offered and was supposed to be. I also had to ask about my Expedia VIP bar/restaurant credit. Slow on getting ice; wish I could get my own. One beside lamp didn’t work. But I will still be back! Can’t beat the high end service and location. "

"The property was fine. We were in an accessible room, which we didnt request or need to be in. The property was fine. However, we were given an accessible room which we did not request, and did not need. This made for a couple of inconveniences in the bathroom particularly. Restaurant; food was ok but too expensive. Would have preferred having some a la carte options. Coffee was not always hot in the morning. Service was good "

"Suggestion: show more pictures of the actual apt you are renting. When we arrived, I was a little taken aback when I thought we rented a one BEDROOM and it actually was just a studio with a nook as a bedroom with no door! Other than that, the location was great and the gym was phenomenal. "

"The staff - front desk and bellhop - were more than friendly and helpful. They truly made us feel welcomed. The full kitchen was handy and the spacious room design made for a very comfortable stay. Location (near Foggy Bottom Metro, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods & a few restaurants) was convenient. "

"I loved the property and its proximity to M St & Wisconsin Ave, the main streets in Georgetown. Their checkin is not until 4pm which hindered our ability to get to our function, but the property, room with a balcony, rooftop & speakeasy bars were great!"
