Irfan, the front desk manager has a superior grip on the comings and going at this hotel. No guest question /problem/concern ..."

"The suite was fantastic will an incredible view. Comfortable bed, mattress not too soft. Excellent complimentary tea selection! Room service was delicious as was breakfast. The lady on the front desk was very sweet & helpful."

"Very nice staff. Room was as shown in pictures. Clean and well kept up. Pool was nice, not a lot of space but wasn't ever a crowd. They provide filtered water for free which was awesome. Only downside was the elevator is up a couple flights of stairs"
