"We stayed in Jan 2025 with the StarPrestige package. The room was just an average room. The ocean biew was nice, but the sun was very intense on the balcony for the first half of the day so it was hard to enjoy for too long. This resort has just one restaurant- the buffet. There is a limited menu of food at the bowling bar, but we found the food options very limited. "Das Personal ist sehr freundlich; Essensqualität ebenfalls sehr gut (die Beschriftung am Buffet lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig, was für mich als Fischeiweiß-Allergiker schlecht ist). Minuspunkt ist die Größe des Fahrstuhls, der zu den Zimmern 10.., 20.., 30.. führt. Der ist winzig und bei unserer Abreise hat es 15 Minuten gedauert, bis wir mit 2 Personen und Gepäck auf der Lobby-Etage angekommen sind."

"Lovely hotel. All areas very clean. Landscaping was great, lots of cacti. Massive choice of food for all meals although as others have said it is not very hot. "Nous sommes venu passer une semaine en février pour notre lune de miel et ça a été génial ! On s’est bien reposé, le personnel est adorable et toujours serviable et souriant. Je suis très contente. Allgemein wurde auf die Wünsche keinerlei eingegangen. Das Personal wirkte desinteressiert und inkompetent. "It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend."
