"Renovated recently? Looked modern, very clean. Odd brown rubber baseboards in the hallway that didn’t seem to quite fit to the walls, but I don’t care about the baseboards as long as they’re clean, lol. Staff friendly and helpful. Gateway Grill was a bit pricey for us, but it’s in the middle of the Rockies, so of course it would be. Food was good and large plates were loaded—we were happy and stuffed after dinner. "It took some time for the staff to receive two of us because the buzzer or bell service wasn’t working. It took longer to check in. I called the hotel line and got quite the run around. Even when the staff showed up the operator wasn’t listening and would not let me off the line for some time. Once the staff arrived, everything was great. Very accommodating and getting me a room on the bottom floor. Treated with a bottle of water. Great coffee service in the lobby in the morning for check...
