"The only negative was that the incorrect card was billed on check-out, the one used to confirm, vs paying for the actual reservation. However staff was very prompt, professional and efficient in wanting to correct the problem, even after I had already left. Suggestion to also check address on print-out. However, overall definitely an above average experience. "

"Staff was kind and accommodating. I left my watch. When I realized I was already on the highway. I called the first front desk the staff member informed me that the cleaning department had already returned the watch to the front desk. Honesty it’s rare and nice to see. I am also a travel nurse so I get off at 7 AM. Staff was accommodating, which I appreciate it very much."
