"I recently stayed at X Hotel in Brighton, and while there were some initial issues with both rooms, the team was incredibly helpful and proactive in resolving them. They upgraded me to a fantastic suite and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff’s professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciate their efforts. "The property is tired and dated and very noisy hearing most noises around the property, we had to turn the car park lights on at dusk from our room, very strange However found the staff very nice and helpful "

"Lovely people who were very helpful, kind and considerate. Whilst some of the breakfast staff’s English speaking skills were a bit limited, a willingness to understand by various means made our communication possible. For example like many places I've stayed at around the country, alternatives to cow’s milk are available, tho’ they are not always advertised or displayed and one has to think outside the box. Some basic sign language was used to convey this. I’ve often bought my own with me but...

"The room was small but had everything you could wish for. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, 2 irons, small fridge, etc. the heating was a little too warm for us but not too much. Lovely as you are almost in the centre of Brighton, close to the seafront so not too much walking to get where you want to go. "

"Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. "
