"2 night stay over Easter weekend in Presidential Suite. Room £200pn but reduced from £400pn?? Not sure anyone would pay that? Some nice touches and very nice room, includes spa access. Not much atmosphere in evening as seem to overprice themselves for evening meals. Wine prices are very high, ultimately given the prominence of wine and vineyard.. a complimentary bottle in the room would have been nice… rather than a half bottle priced at £46. Spa was amazing. "It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "
