"We booked a superior queen room but were assigned an internal room. This was corrected after checkin. Our room (22) was spotlessly clean however it was next to the external entry door (constantly slamming shut), metal stairs (very noisy with people walking up and down), and aircon units (constant noise). Basic amenities...2 small plates, 2 cups, 2 knives and 2 teaspoons, fridge, kettle and toaster. There was a hotplate but no utensils, so couldn't use it. We dined in the pub and had good meals,...
